A Simple Hypnotic Technique to Increase Your Manifesting

Hypnosis and the Law of Attraction
Hypnosis has been in use for decades, and has even endorsed by the medical profession over the last 20 years. It is not uncommon to find a hypnotherapist sharing the same building as your regular family doctor and for them to be sharing and referring patients to each other.
Hypnosis has some amazing research and evidence supporting its ability to treat phobias, improve memory, help people to lose weight, stop smoking and much more…but it is only recently that people have been using hypnosis to enhance their practice of the law of attraction.
The use of Hypnosis with the Law of Attraction can get really in-depth, but today I want to share with you one really simple technique that you can use in your manifestation practice right away to start seeing results immediately.
The technique is sometimes referred to as anchoring, but let me give you an example as it helps to make things clear.
Have you ever been having a bad day, perhaps you had a falling out with a friend, had an argument with your partner or just had a long day at work with your boss breathing down your neck?
To handle the bad day, you go home, change your clothes, and then put your favorite music on.
Suddenly, the music transports you to a different time and place – you remember laughing with your friends listening to the same song, or you remember driving, playing your music loudly and singing along – whatever the memory is, you are transported into the past, into happier times, and your music really does lift your mood.
Your hard day at work, your fight with your partner, your falling out with friends suddenly doesn’t seem so bad anymore. You feel like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders and your mind is clear for the rest of the day and you can get on with things and enjoy your evening.
Well this is just one simple example from your everyday life, but what you are doing here is a form of anchoring.
Here, your music is your “anchor” – it is anchored to a happy time from your past, and when you trigger your anchor it transforms your mood and makes you happy.
However, anchoring is not just for mood enhancement, you can use it to enhance your law of attraction results and now I’m going to show you a simple technique to do exactly this.
Faster Manifestation Results in Two Minutes
The law of attraction, in its most simplest form states that “whatever we think about most, we attract into our lives.”
Anchoring is a really quick, and really simple way you can stimulate your mind to focus on your attraction goals, but it is not just “thought” based alone – it is an emotional technique which will stimulate the feelings associated with your law of attraction goals, and also stimulate you to visualize them clearly too – this is why it is so powerful, it is not just making you remember your goal, anchoring adds so much more power to your thoughts at the same time by injecting visualization and feeling into your practice.
I’m going to show you how to make one simple anchor, for the area of attracting money/abundance, and it really is simple! After reading this you will be able to apply this to other areas too.
Here is how to get started:
The anchor we are going to use is a pressure on your index finger. Practice pressing the nail of your thumb into the tip of your index finger – not too hard, but enough to stimulate the feeling of pressure.
Think back to a time when you had lots of money in your hands, wallet, or purse. Clearly visualize it. Push your fingernail into your index finger.
Think back to a time when you had a lot of money to spend – perhaps after your birthday or Christmas when you had money and went shopping. Visualize and remember yourself out shopping, remember how excited, how positive, how great you felt. Push your fingernail into your index finger.
Discover what is possible
with the power of hypnosis…
Now start imagining the future – imagine your bank account being full – think of the security you feel, the relief, the happiness, the freedom, see how safe you feel with an abundance of money in your bank account. Push your fingernail into your index finger.
Finally, imagine yourself living a lifestyle of financial freedom, abundance and natural wealth. You are rich, wealthy, you have money coming in constantly and you have the freedom to live how you wish. Vividly imagine yourself living in a large house, being able to support and provide for your friends and family – see yourself doing it, living in this way, imagine how it would feel to live like this. See yourself jetting off and taking luxury holidays, buying expensive cars for yourself and presents for your loved ones and family members. Push your fingernail into your index finger.
That’s it – you’re done!
How do you feel after doing this? In this simple 2 minute exercise what you are doing is anchoring the feeling of abundance to the pinch of your index finger.
You will feel energized and experience your mind being focused around money after doing this exercise just once… however, the real magic is cumulative…
As you repeat this exercise over and over, the feeling will grow stronger and stronger. As this feeling builds then you can really start to use your anchor!
Ultimately the point of anchoring is so that just like listening to music can take you to a happy place, your new abundance anchor can focus your mind on money and pursuing your dream lifestyle of wealth and abundance.
So, keep building your anchor up – repeat this exercise every day, and occasionally throughout the day if you simply pinch your finger all of these feelings, ideas, and thoughts about money will come back to you. This will create a “pattern” in the wiring of your mind, and you will be naturally disposed to think positively about money and abundance.
Remember, whatever we think about most, we attract into our reality, and with the help of this simple anchoring exercise your mind will be naturally focused on abundance and prosperity which will increase the speed and ease that abundance becomes your reality.
|Quick Tip||Look Who’s Talking…|
|What if you can’t visualize and ‘see it like a movie’ or ‘create a picture in your mind’? Does that mean you won’t get what you want? NO! Don’t worry!! You just have to free yourself from being able to ‘See it’…Here’s what you can do instead…
And here’s the key – Describe it in the present tense! Make sure you use all your senses — describe what you see, what you hear, what you smell, what you touch and MOST IMPORTANTLY describe how you feel. You do this all the time when you are remembering something – so just remember in present tense!
