I don’t know about you, but I have noticed a serious shift recently…
It has gone hand in hand with the bad economy and I am surprised to say the least.
So what is the shift I’ve noticed?
People are so busy burying their heads in the sand and panicking that customer service seems to be going down the tubes.
Companies seem more than willing right now to tell you how valuable you are to them in order to get you to do business with them…
But then only a few are actually delivering on their promise.
So, this is what I have to say…
Now is the time!

If you put your focus on how you can exceed the expectations of your customers and clients, I PROMISE you that money will flow to you and the best part is that money will be lasting and very deserved!
Get your head out of the sand…
Not only will people be thrilled with you, but you will be thrilled with yourself!
The people that over deliver will stand out — this is true always, but especially now!
