I Challenge you…

I have a challenge for you this weekend!

Here’s the deal…

I want you to live and extraordinary life!

  • This isn’t just about money
  • This isn’t just about love
  • This isn’t just about health
  • This isn’t just about purpose
  • This isn’t just about fun
  • This isn’t just about spirituality
  • This isn’t just about Joy and Relationships and Creativity…

This is about your COMPLETE LIFE!

There are too many people wandering around, settling for mediocre, accepting a version of themselves that is less than what they want and can be, do and have!

So I have a challenge for you…

And it’s not going to be what you’d think…

  • I’m not going to ask you how you can move forward toward your goals this weekend…
  • I’m not going to try to inspire you to believe you can be, do and have all that you desire…
  • I’m not going to give you tough love and ask you to claim responsibility for everything that happens to you from this moment forward…
  • I’m just going to ask you to do 1 thing and this 1 thing will be the start of greatness…

What is it then?

I’ll tell you…

I challenge you to do 1 thing for yourself this weekend!

Just decide to do 1 thing…

Take 1 moment to appreciate yourself in some way…

I PROMISE you it will be harder than you think…

I PROMISE you that this is the start to your extraordinary life!

When you appreciate yourself — you appreciate other people more

When you give to yourself — you have more to give

When you love yourself — you become boundless love

Leave me a comment and let me know what you are going to do for yourself…

Don’t wait…don’t hope that you’ll do this…commit now!

Accountability is the sure fire way to turbo charge your results and I will hold you accountable to this…

Your life depends on it! 🙂

Go Big!

Kristen

I am going to write myself a letter of appreciation and then read it tomorrow as if it had just arrived. As I’m teatotal, it shouldn’t sound too daft in the morning!

My regularly scheduled facial, manicure and pedicure came up today. Because money is so tight, and the flow of it constricted to almost nothing (certainly not enough to pay my bills) I felt reluctance and guilt at actually going. But, I went. Let’s see if it works, helping me appreciate myself, opening that constricted flow of money and the good things.

Tomorrow, I take a walk with my husband. That doesn’t cost anything, and the exercise will do me good.

I told myself how wonderful and loving a guy I am some weeks ago. After watching Bob Proctor saying how much he loves himself, I began practicing loving me. My wife recently told me she loves me and did not not know what she will do without me.
We have started exercising again this morning and have set a goal of turning it into a habit. Our main goal is to loose weight. My personal goal is to loose 4inches on my waist.

  13. Esienne says:

Hello and thanks very much, Kristin, for the challenge,
Well, this weekend I’m going to slow down and spend some time seeing myself as I truly know that I AM rather than base my perceptions of myself on what I feel other people think of me – because this really does’nt matter in the grand scheme of things.
I’m also going to laugh more than I usually do and relentlessly pamper myself in various ways which appeal to me.
Many thanks for this and have a fab weekend yourself.
    Best Wishes,
    Esienne.

    • Kristen says:

I got the courage to go the hospital yesterday even w/o my husband, to undergo fine needle aspiration biopsy of my thyroid tumor. Normally I would need the physical presence of my husband, sister, parents in situations like this. Yesterday was a revelation for me, about how brave I can become.
