It’s Sunday, so I’ll keep this short…
I want you to start to do something every day and I promise you that you’ll be shocked at what you find…
- This thing will only take you about 30 seconds each time you do it…
- I want you to schedule it so you do it at least 3 times per day EVERY DAY…
- I know you will be shocked by what you discover…
- Doing this 1 thing for 30 seconds at a time, 3 times a day,will change your life if you commit to it…
So what is it?
3 Times a Day for 30 Days, set an alarm and when it goes off, stop what you’re doing and ask yourself these 3 questions…
- What am I focusing on right now?
- Is focusing on this moving me forward, backward or sideways?
- What can I choose to focus on right now that WILL move me forward?
That’s it…
It seems absurdly simple…
But the results can change your life…
Don’t judge yourself if you were focusing on something that wasn’t helping you move toward your ultimate life…
Just the awareness and decision to make another choice will be enough…
Here’s the deal though…
YOU HAVE TO DO IT!
Decide now to set an alarm for 3 specific times each day, schedule it or you won’t do it and this is ULTIMATELY important, and then DO IT!
Think about it, 90 seconds a day can change your life…

I did it right this minute. I was focusing on what I had left to do tonight before I could go to sleep. It’s been a very, very busy day. I think it’s moving me forward.
