Thank you Kirsten for the reminder. That which we focus on grows. I spent years focusing on negative things and wanting life to change. Now I actively switch my thoughts to something more enjoyable (I’m about 25% better at this than before and still go into negative thoughts) but it really does have an effect in that moment visualising something better as positive feelings emerge and that is a whole lot better for everyone. Step by step, inch by inch – it’s a long journey but hopefully one that will ultimately be worth it.

Hi Kristen, I found this a really useful post, thanks. I am working with the idea that it is more useful to focus on preferences rather than other things. This is beginning to get me to think less about the things I perceive to be negative in my life.

It is amazing how fast a negative thought can spoil the good feelings and progress from utilizing any program (Stuart Lichtman’s, for example) more or less consistently. My building has been nearly bankrupting us because of the lack of tenants. Using the 100-times suggestion from Mr. Lichtman’s program, suddenly 1 virtual and two physical office prospects appeared last week. One of the physical tenants began “beating me up” on the rent for my beautiful office space that my thoughts plunged to the depths again, and I began to feel things were hopeless and the building worthless again. Then, promising aspects of my real estate business began to go sour.

Time for a course correction, and I began my “mantra” again. This morning, an idea came to me that could help increase the income we can generate from the building, and I am feeling much better about the closing of those “never ending” short sales.

Keep up the good work, Kristen. We all need reminding all the time.

The same message has been said for eternity, positive thinking…But now the understanding of the sub-conscious mind is more understood, and I am seeing the definite turn around when I focus on the wanted. I have had the treatment ‘Bars’ a conection with conscious beliefs, I am impressed. Knowledge is Power.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you from the depths of my heart!
I have been testing your techniques and Stuart Lichtman’s Cybernetic Transposition system for the last 10 days to see if I could manifest £1000 effortlessly.
Guess what I had a phone call this morning from a project manager to say they will award us extra £2000 for the work we have already done – as we had over performed! Wow!

Thanks for the excellent information I have received.

To attract anything can be done…

…For example: I have been asking myself what I should do to earn extra money. I recently, about three weeks ago, had a vision (dream). In it I was inspired what to do. I acted on the inspired action. To my surprise, steps, that I have not visualized, came into being. I am now at the stage where I have fulfill a request for what I was inspired to do… I am waiting on a positive outcome.
I am positive. To attract, one have to be positive at all times. This is a sure antidote against negativity that stalks us on a daily basis. But once it has been conquered, it leaves you. One is free to attract.

SO EXCELLENT!!! Exactly the reminder I needed! I KNOW I am one of the very lucky few to be paying my bills in a crazy, incredibly unpredictable profession, and yet I have found myself lately getting mired in cynical, totally negative thinking about the possibility of moving UP to the next level. I can’t ever seem to shift my thoughts and energy from the negative in that regard, and it’s IMPERATIVE that I be reminded that I just need to shift my thoughts and energy PERIOD, no matter what it is I shift them to! I am now reaching ONLY for the thoughts that feel AWESOME!!! Thank you!! =)
