I can’t tell you how many people have advised me about the “foolishness” of buying my building, and it would almost seem that they were “right” because it has fallen in value (with much of the rest of commercial real estate) and we are stuck with still paying out money to meet its operating expenses. But, I love the building, it is wonderfully functional, and I know that one day it will turn out to have been a great investment.

Thanks for the cautionary note, and let’s keep looking for the right advisors. They are there, I know. May their numbers increase!

Obstacles and questions
My history as unemployed person is so long – six years. I live in old house with my old mother. For thirty years in this house we have not fill in any new things. My parents were poor persons. Now, the situation is worsen – we have only six sheep and two cows. Our earns are so small and for mother and for me uncle from Sarajevo has to buy food for quite this years. Like that in the previous several years uncle from Sarajevo have to intervene. I feel shame and I see communication with people as great problem. I think that all people think as exist great problem as hidden and dark in my history. That “great problem – dark and hidden” is the right reason that I have no chance to find a job in spite of the fact that I’m doctor in area of electrical science.
The questions are:
1. What is the methods to eliminate consequences the named story and to be treated by people as a person which can be strong and successful and to be treated as person with addiction and conviction which can win so powerful national parties in region which are put me in this shame situations?
2. What is the best path in order to start and to eliminate the named fear and lack of confidence which is induced by national powers (or parties) in Montenegro and Serbia?

Hi Kristen, You are right. And thank’s for the advice. It’s difficult but not impossible. What if there is a fried that always want to be with you, talk to you, but as you recomend spent time with people that have more levels than you,and this person have a lower level, what do yo suggest to do ?

I listen to Bob Proctor and read a lot of books by authors like: James Allen, Vic Johnson, Napoleon Hill and Wallace Wattles. They have become successful and I follow them.
