“Dear Kristen: I love listening to your abundance playbacks where you host, I just listened to one with you as the guest speaker (“Awaken to Your Best”) and it was amazing! […] Each audio I’ve listened to you causes me to feverishly take notes!” – Tracey

Quick Tip

Let’s work closer with what we discussed in the video – I specifically want to empower you to return any fractured off ‘POWER’ pieces of yourself. Here’s how…

Take a second right now to list the TOP 5 THINGS you see in other people and you think “WOW – I WISH I was like that…”

Now remember what I said in the video – the reason you resonate with these things in other people is because these qualities exist within YOU. Once you have identified your top 5, pick 1 each morning and give your focus and attention to re-integrating it within you. Look for small examples of it already within. Ask yourself how you can allow yourself to explore more of that quality, and then allow yourself to play there. Remember, small steps bring about massive shift!

I enjoyed the video and it is a bitter pill to swallow when I think of the things that repulse me about others. Like being smothered by another. Or someone putting down my efforts when I am reaching out to encourage theirs no matter how big or small.I am going to sit with what you have shared. Thank you.

Thank you for this video message, Kristen. You have a beautiful speaking presence. This is a topic I’ve been studying with both Jungian resources and my own personal journey since the 1970s. I was impressed by the way you spoke about these ‘shadow’ terms in everyday language. Your intentional energy was palpable and felt good to receive. Glad I listened in. Thanks!

WOW Leslie – thanks for the amazing comments here – I appreciate you and the energy you are sending – it feels good to receive on this end too!

Kristen – this is such a good reminder for all of us. It’s so true that what we like or dislike about others is a reflection of who we are – although it may be hiding or we aren’t acknowledging it.
Awareness, acceptance, and integration covers so much ground and will definitely influence your life in a positive manner. I am sometimes surprised when someone mentions they see a certain quality in me and I have honored others (their term) by recognizing a trait they have but were not giving themselves credit for.

      Hi Virginia!

I love the idea of honoring others by acknowledging traits in them that they aren’t seeing and giving themselves credit for! Thanks for sharing that.

      I appreciate you!

    Kristen –

I really enjoy reading and watching your lessons. Today was a real eye-opener for me. I was well-aware of the negative reflections, but I’d never read nor considered that positive reflections were also separated elements within myself! I feel silly not making that connection before today, but now it gives me greater insight and ability to reassess feelings of jealousy or inadequacy when looking at others I admire.

    With many thanks –
    Bryce 🙂
