Quick Tip

Taking YOUR time could also be called refueling – and you MUST refuel – it isn’t a luxury (although some of us treat it like it is) – it is a MUST. So, here’s an awesome 30 day challenge for you so you can start to refuel AND get the major benefits that come with it.

Truly – whenever I refuel, my relationships are better, more money flows to me, I feel great, I get struck with major inspiration – the list is endless…

So let’s do this – for the next 30 days I challenge you to take 15 minutes minimum each day to do something just for you to refuel.

I suggest setting an alarm AND knowing ahead of time 5 things that really refuel you.

    Kristen! Thank you so much for granting the permission to do this! Isn’t it funny how we need other people to tell us it is OK? I have been doing a little bit of this this week. I felt like taking a few days off, but wouldn’t allow myself that so the compromise I made was to just do the minimum work necessary to meet immediate deadlines instead of going full-bore and working at my normal level. I was even feeling guilty about that, though. So! Again, thank you for the permission. I will take you up on your challenge for the entire month of May. Looking forward to more energy and terrific things happening now that I know it’s more than OK, it’s required that I recharge.

      Love this Lisa! So funny that you mention doing the least amount required this week – I did a whole call for my VIP group coaching program and while back on Ebb and Flow and that is EXACTLY what I talk about – we all ebb and flow naturally and when we are in an ebb cycle, doing the minimum required can be one of the fastest ways to help recharge and shift into a flow state.

      Let me know how it goes for you this month with the 30 day challenge – I’m excited for you!

    Thank You For Saying It! So True Kristen! I’ve been called selfish and lazy because I take MY time, Without ignoring responsibilies. It’s always been a Must do for Me (like breathing) and compares perfectly to the oxyegen mask on the airplane advice. I was glad to learn the name callers are looking in Their mirror and just as true, they’re calling you out because you won’t be doing something for them! Wishing you continued success and happiness!     I am in! Thank you….I couldn’t put my finger on why I was so forgetful and clumsy and irritated, and and and….until I listened to what you said on “your time.” It just CLICKED, I knew immediately that the was what I was not doing for me. Again, thank you, what a wake up call!

    Hi Kristen. I refuel for at least 2 hours DAILY, by visiting my 18 month old granddaughter, Levayah. I eat lunch with her, watch her fave TV shows with her, and share lots of play time. All the time, she is learning and I am helping her to learn. It might not seem relaxing to some, but for me it is, because Levayah is my inspiration and motivation for me to be the BEST me that can possibly be. I owe the little poppet so much for being exactly who she is.

    So here is my question. …not many things make me happy anymore…scared to want things because a LOT of disappointment has shown up. In respect to law of detachment. .i have quit everything!! I do your exercise…if i could say thanks it would be for… that works.perfectly. So how do i refuel when imscared to hope for anything at all?

      When you are scared, the ONLY way to shift your energy from fear is to shift your attention – you can use refueling to do this – gently shift your attention to something that makes you feel good – or makes you laugh (that’s my favorite) – your only job is to raise your vibration and giving yourself tools (like things that make you laugh etc. raises your vibration and refuels you at the same time.)
