I’m in Thank you so much for everything you are doing for us to help us grow and think big in every aspect of our life. May your success grow bigger and bigger and bigger. I am loving this. Dildra

Quick Tip

So, WHAT IF rejection really is an opportunity in disguise?

Go ahead and brainstorm all of the ways rejection could be an opportunity. Do this first on a really general level and THEN think of a time in your life where you felt rejection on a SMALLER scale and look at all of the ways that may have actually been an opportunity for you.

Now look at a larger rejection from the past and do the same thing.

AND finally, decide that from now on, any rejection that comes up – even if you can’t see the possible opportunities in that moment – decide that you will know that there is an opportunity in disguise and it will show itself to you in the perfect time.

YOU are so powerful!!!

    Hi Kristen,

Good to hear about this topic today because I really needed it. Talk about rejection!…, and the worst is when I totally, reject myself because I am not perfect! I make mistakes that sometimes, blow up in my face and create problems for me.

I’m going through a situation that is attempting to try to derail me; however, I just try to keep my head up and do the next best thing. If I could only get my mind to cooperate with me… instead of against me!

Hi Lolita! Remember, your mind is here to work FOR YOU (not the other way around) – one of my favorite things to do when my brain starts working overtime is to say out loud to my mind, “Thank you SO much for everything you are doing – I don’t need you right now, but I’ll let you know as soon as I have a great job for you!”

  3. Alfred says:

Thank You!!! This is what I needed today. For me rejection opens the flood gates of negative thoughts, this new exercise has allow me to re-focus on the positive things that are occurring in my life. Empowering me to move forward towards my goals. Thank you again I cannot express how helpful this was!!

    No worries! I agree.

  5. Lori B says:

I was rejected twice this week and just as I was lamenting on how the universe doesn’t want me to get ahead, I watched this. A little voice in the back of my head had softly said that there’s probably a reason these things didn’t happen for me right now but I wanted to be mad about it! So the universe MUST be listening after all because this came at the right time…thank you!!!

  6. Virginia says:

Kristen – this message about looking at rejection as a potential positive opportunity for something bigger or brighter is so important. Playing the ‘what if’ game with an outlook of what you now might be available for is empowering. Rejection is so often not really about you personally – it’s a situation or circumstance that just wasn’t right for you at that time – or – just more right for someone else on their journey.

  7. Bernida Simmons says:

Wow, right on time. Just ended a 15 year relationship that was going no where, sucking the life out of me. Been making the complaint for the longest, finally reached my bottom. At this point instead of going a bunch of tears and pain I am making the decision to say what if. That just wasn’t for me and now I can be open to receive what is for me. Thank you. This is a big one.

    • Kristen says:

WOW I am so impressed with you Bernida! AND I believe in you – your willingness to use “what if” for this will be life changing – stick with it!

      I appreciate you!

  8. Rich Layton says:

Great perspective. I’ve come to think of rejection as a course correction that keeps me walking my path when I think there is another one that looks better from the outside. “To thine own self be true” – rejection forces me to do just that, and keep the faith.

    • Kristen says:

Awesome Rich that’s a great way to put it – I appreciate you sharing this – I KNOW other members of the Law of Attraction Key Community will benefit from what you wrote here.

      Cheers!

what about the shift to failure and bad habits and lack, these are also THE opportunity to be poweful. even when you feel down, its what you have told yourself, doesnt mean its true. so these are also the opportunities.

  10. Jason says:

Great video Kristen! Sometimes a little lateral thinking is required. Keep up the good work!

  11. Noel says:

Love your videos Kristen…even when the lip-sync is out (!). Yes, rejection keeps me in the shadows, yet it leads down some remarkable paths, but it never entirely goes away…

  12. Marie says:

    Kristen
Thank you for the video. As you say, everyone experiences rejection at some time and it can make us feel that we are inadequate. However, the person who rejects you might not want what you have to offer at the present time but that does not mean that someone else, somewhere else will not appreciate you just as you are. It is all about believing in yourself and not being thrown off course.

Keep up the good, encouraging work.

    Thank you Kristen

watching this a little behind others but really needed to hear the words. Last fortnight has been so many rejections from record companies for my bands cd and also yet another hurdle was thrown at me with trying to re unite with the woman of my dreams Megan ( yeah I know plenty of fish, someone for everyone etc but when you just KNOW that person is the one…short to say that your words helped me off the floor and ready to answer the bell for the next round 🙂 I hope that you know that even though you have entertained many people through acting ,that you are helping so many ppl here – Blessings to you and yours
