    Hi amazing Kristen!

    I have tears of gratitude in my eyes. You have such great influence on me! Really THANKS on your genuine support which is priceless for me!

    Today I planned to talk about practical things – what I have achieved thanks to your help.

    First of all the fact that I’m engaged in LOAK magazine gives me additional motivation, support and confidence. Your positive energy is simply contagious! For me, this is HUGE 🙂

    Second, I begin to benefit from your free audio, then from your other programs. I seriously went through audio and began to apply the principles about smallest results, motivation, momentum and belief set.

    And here’s what I have achieved: a few months ago I started to walk only one tram station each day. Then two, then three and so on. Today I walk about 2,5 miles whenever I can (about 4 times a week). It is a success for me because I never walked so much in my life! Even better, it became my habit!

    Third, for a long time I want to shape my body with slightly stronger muscles, but no gym nor the will power didn’t help. I always gave up. But now I know why – because I started with too hard exercises and to heavy weights – and of course, I wanted to accomplish that over night 🙂

    When I bought the weights of 4.4 lbs, the salesman asked me if it is for me 🙂 I said that is and I want to achieve smallest results for now. He said OK, but his expression reveal some other thoughts 🙂

    Who cares for salesman, because today, almost every day is work out day 🙂 Let’s get moving!!!

    Fourth, although I ran through life, I often gave up because I always thought that I must run min 30-45 min. Today I run when I can incrementally, continuously and without too much strain!

    Fifth – I Improved my diet
    Sixth- I improved my English skills
    Seventh – I began to create my first Website
    Eighth – I’m changing my circle of influence
    Ninth – I’m changing my belief set
    Tenth – I’m more alive then ever!

    So, talk about coaching!

    I just want to point out that this “Small results principle” is very simple, but very powerful.
    And I know that we easily fall into the trap that we know for this principle. But knowing is not enough. Let’s apply it. It is really simple, enjoyable and powerful!
