This approach is exciting. I’ve been trapped into being afraid to fail that has immobilized me from taking steps to move forward. Taking this opportunity to make it a game frees me up to happily take the first step towards failing forward. Will let you know what happens as I am going to make the first move in this game first thing tomorrow morning!! THANK YOU for the freeing insight!”

Quick Tip

One of the best and fastest ways to get yourself out of “Busy Mode” is to go decide the night before each day what is one thing you will do that WILL expand you. (Remember to keep the 1 thing to 1 step so you can and will actually do it).

Basically you are saying this to yourself, “Even if I choose “Busy” tomorrow, I will still expand a minimum of 1% because I will do this ONE THING __________________ .”

See what you’re doing there? You’re taking away resistance by agreeing that you may end up “busy” yet you are also guaranteeing success and fulfillment by committing to 1 step of expansion. When you approach “busy” in this way, soon it becomes the rare choice and expansion becomes the norm.

I’m excited for you!!!

You keep mentioning people who connect with you and leave you comments but what is your email address to do so? fyi when i have asked questions and gotten a ‘ ticket ‘ back, i never heard from your staff again, which is really strange –

      Hi Veronique!

When you leave comments here I will see them 🙂

That’s the best way to interact with me and then if you have support questions that is when you would submit a ticket (replies can go to spam so be sure to check there) 🙂

      Thanks for being here!

Kristen – I like your bonus article – especially the point about going to sleep thinking of 3 things you want to focus on the next day that will make you happy.
I fall into the busy trap which includes thinking I ‘should’ do or watch something because I could learn more. Sometimes I have to say NO – enough – do something FOR my emotional benefit, not just my brain.
