One of the best and fastest ways to get yourself out of “Busy Mode” is to go decide the night before each day what is one thing you will do that WILL expand you. (Remember to keep the 1 thing to 1 step so you can and will actually do it).
Basically you are saying this to yourself, “Even if I choose “Busy” tomorrow, I will still expand a minimum of 1% because I will do this ONE THING __________________ .”
See what you’re doing there? You’re taking away resistance by agreeing that you may end up “busy” yet you are also guaranteeing success and fulfillment by committing to 1 step of expansion. When you approach “busy” in this way, soon it becomes the rare choice and expansion becomes the norm.
