Hey Kristen, Started “getting to know you” by your fabulous “Manifest Everything Now Calls”….I just love them. Uplifting and upbeat. Love to learn from you and continue to do so! All the best, Kristen, you re FANTASTIC. Thanks for doing “all this”…

Quick Tip

There is no right or wrong way to refuel – we are all different and how we choose to refuel is unique for each of us. Here’s a great tip for you so even when you know you need to refuel but you can’t figure out how, you’ll have an answer…

Right now, take 5 minutes to brainstorm anything and everything that you can think of that makes you feel replenished and energized and relaxed – in other words refueled!

Now, here’s the key with this, include things that take a longer commitment (like a trip or vacation or day at the beach) AND include things that are quick that refuel you (like taking a 10 minute bath or sitting outside to have lunch or simply reading with your cell phone turned OFF)…

Now that you have your “Refuel List”, decide right now to take at least 10 – 15 minutes to refuel every day (and if you build in a longer refuel period every week or month too that’s brilliant).

Leave me a comment and let me know YOU ARE IN and committed to refueling – remember you can’t afford NOT to do this!

Actually, Kristen, it’s “No Work and All Play” for Me!
But thanks for the reminder anyway.

This is a wonderful prompt, reminder and piece of advice. I try to get away to a relatively near by (no more than a 60 or, at most, 120 minute away hotel every other month or so to try to refuel or just lower the velocity. I normally employ Priceline or Hotwire too and pick the express deals to save money when I do so, too! I even like the quick surprise of discovering what hotel I got!

I have always known I needed time down. Walks and a simple exercise session are critical to my well-being daily. Reading for pleasure is something I do nearly every day. I am not a slave to my phone or computer nor do I think I have to be on-call to anyone else. I agree that taking time off to try new adventures is good for the mind and soul.
