STEP #1: Waking Up on the Right Side of the Bed
This is VERY important, the moment you wake up (yes that very first, sometimes rough moment) I want you to open your eyes and immediately decide what you are ‘tuning in’ to…
For example: “Today I will tune in to the generosity of the world and everyone around me”.
This will take you 30 seconds at most and will set you up for a great feeling, positive day. It’s like putting blinders on the negative things that can get you all caught up in madness.
STEP #2: Getting Your Power ZZZZZ’S
Now right before you go to sleep, take another 30 seconds to decide how you want to feel when you wake up tomorrow.
For example: “I will wake up full of energy and excited to take on what the day has in store for me.”
This puts your mind in a positive state BEFORE you go to bed. It’s like placing one of those breakfast orders at a hotel, where you fill out the menu and place it on the outside of your doorknob and ‘Voila’ your breakfast shows up like magic, exactly what you want, when you want it.
It’s as simple as that – 2 Steps to kicking off your year with more peace, happiness and fulfillment!
