Quick Tip

Part of life is discovering what your system is, what your unique process is, and a great way to do that is to look back at your history and see some of the patterns and techniques that have worked for you in the past, so here’s what I want you to do…

STEP #1: WINNER WINNER, CHICKEN DINNER

Take a piece of paper and write down 2 times in your life when something went what your way, or what I like to call 2 WINS. These can be anything at all, achievements great and small are welcome here. And before you ask, YES every single person in the world has at least 2 WINS 😉

STEP #2: 3-STEP BREAK DOWN

Now for each of your 2 WINS I want you to write down 3 things you did to create each win.

For example: WIN #1: I lost 2 pounds last January.

1.  I committed to walking 1 mile after dinner once each week.
2. I dressed for success (I took extra time to make sure I felt like I looked good each day).
3. I made sure there were NO cookies in the house!<

So based on my example, I know now, that I can make a little time for myself at night after dinner. If I feel I look good, I’ll be more committed to my personal goals. And if I don’t give myself the option of cookies, I won’t eat them (cookies=any bad habit enabler).

This will put you in touch with what ALREADY is natural for you to create more wins. And that positive momentum ALWAYS snowballs into more wins and more wins and more wins.

Anytime we can tap into our own unique manifesting style it amplifies our personal power and truly makes each one of us unstoppable!

    Kristen – you always look like you’re having fun in these videos. So true about taking pieces from several different sources and pulling together what resonates and works for you. That’s why there are so many options available to choose from. I totally agree to take the pressure off yourself – no one ought to expect that one way will work as your needs, wants, and desires change (or behavior patterns are modified, lessons are learned, and relationships evolve).
