Here’s the deal…

We all get behind sometimes…

Life happens to all of us and takes us a bit off track…

We all put our energy on the most pressing thing and temporarily remove it from other things…

And if we don’t explain why wh have shifted our focus and energy then people will understandably take it personally and feel like they can’t count on you…

So what was the kick in my pants?

Well…

As you know I had that bad car accident and the healing and logistics that come with resolving something like that got my primary focus.

I still posted to my blog and I still developed content etc. for my new Go Big Now! VIP Program…

BUT WHAT I DIDN’T DO was stay on top of responding to emails and blog posts.

I know it’s understandable considering the circumstances…BUT I should have explained.

I should have sent out an email letting everyone know that I wasn’t ignoring them and I would catch up and respond to them soon.

I should have…

But I didn’t…

And I am sorry!

The kick in the pants came as an email from a loyal subscriber who said that he probably would have signed up for my Go Big Now! VIP program but because he hadn’t received a response to his emails he didn’t know he could trust me.

Ouch…

But true…

So, what can you learn from my kick in the pants?

There will be times when you have to shift your energy, that is a part of life and you shouldn’t have to change that…

But…

Think of the people it will directly effect and let them know and you will be amazed at how much that adds to your relationships — whether it’s business, personal or both!
